No.38 is our creative hub and home to theatre’s writers room.
Stockroom host two spaces: No.38, a creative office and meeting room space, and Collective Theatre, a new venue just around the corner.
No.38 hosts a workspace for artists, a writers room and a podcast studio.

Podcast Studio
Stockroom No.38’s Podcast Studio in Finsbury Park, North London. With new high tech equipment suitable for everyone from beginners to professionals.
This studio was new to Spring 2023 at No.38 and has already welcomed a host of exciting talent from podcasts to audio dramas and more.

About the Space
We are an LGBTQI inclusive company, No. 38 and Collective Theatre are both welcoming buildings with creative and friendly people.
Stockroom’s space at No. 38 and Collective Theatre both have gender neutral toilets, and wheelchair accessible toilets with these specific dimensions: turning circle to access is 75 cm. Both buildings have step-free access.
